State Water Resources Control Board Comments on Septic Systems due May 4

The State just released the attached, revised Notice of Rulemaking regarding Policy for Siting, Design, Operation and Management of Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems (OWTS) – Septic Systems. The attached is a Notice of Availability of Draft Documents and Notice of Staff Workshop, State Water Board Hearing, and Adoption Meeting. The comment deadline is May 4, 2012 by 12 noon.
